Managing Partner Solutions Group Services
Asbel began his career in the ambulance industry in 1999, working his way up to leading revenue cycle teams for air and ground ambulance agencies, culminating in his current position as Managing Partner of Solutions Group Services.
He previously served on the Board of Directors for the American Ambulance Association (AAA) and numerous committees. He has also testified as an expert witness before federal and state health committees regarding ambulance reimbursement and veteran health initiatives related to emergency medicine.
In 2016, Asbel was appointed to the Ambulance Transport Alternatives Task Force for the State of Louisiana by Governor John Bel Edwards. In 2020, Asbel was named to the Air Ambulance and Patient Billing Advisory Committee by the Secretary of the United States Department of Transportation. In 2022, he was named chair of the Ground Ambulance and Patient Billing Advisory Committee tasked by Congress to provide recommendations to the Secretaries of Health and Human Services, Labor, and Treasury on ways to protect consumers from balance billing when using ground ambulance services.
Asbel is a respected thought leader on reimbursement initiatives within the industry and is a requested speaker at numerous healthcare conferences.

A fourth-generation Texan, Brian has a diverse background consisting of 25 years of finance, technology, and healthcare revenue cycle. His passion is innovating leading-edge solutions to break out of stagnant business cycles. In his free time, Brian enjoys spending time with his family of 5, trying new restaurants, and playing music. As Solutions Group’s Managing Partner, Brian works to support healthcare providers with technology solutions to assist with billing office efficiencies. Brian also works to share his knowledge of the healthcare space with others through speaking engagements and conference presentations throughout the United States.

Originally from Lafayette, Louisiana, Alexandra recently graduated Magna Cum Laude from South Texas College of Law Houston and also has a background in mathematics and data analytics earning her Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Texas Christian University in the Spring of 2021. Her unique skill set has allowed for the development of new technology and well-rounded services. In her free time, Alex enjoys CrossFit, reading, and cooking new recipes. As Solutions Group Services General Counsel, Alex works to negotiate client contracts, develop company policy, and advise on legal issues.

DO Emergency Physician
Jeff Beeson is an executive physician and innovator with over 30 years of experience specializing in out-of-hospital healthcare delivery. Dr Beeson started his career as an Emergency Medical Technician and then continued his education to become a Paramedic and Registered Nurse focusing on critical care and EMS systems. He returned to the classroom and completed his medical education at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth and his Emergency Medicine Residency at Parkland Hospital in Dallas. He is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and Emergency Medical Services. He has served as a Physician Medical Director for municipal and private EMS systems and as a Chief Medical Officer for an academic faculty practice. Jeff serves as a physician medical manager for a FEMA search and rescue team and frequently deploys to disaster sites nationwide.
